What does cancellation insurance cover?
Cancellation insurance is an external service to the campsite. It is the Campeg Covered insurance. If you wish, you can download the brochure from our website in the download section.
Is it possible to pay in instalments
A deposit of 30% will be required on booking. Nevertheless, the rest of the payment can be settled up to one month before your arrival.
Where is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is 800m from the campsite, which is a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes by bike via the cycle path.
Is there a bus stop in front of the campsite?
A bus stop “Les Montilles” is 100 meters from the campsite, line 2 sailing between from the SNCF station and Grau d’Agde. (you will find the details by connecting to the capbus website). The fare is 1€/pers.
How far is the campsite from the nearest shops?
The campsite is 2km from the Hyper U and LIDL shopping centres
The centre of Le Grau d’Agde is 3km away and you will find shops, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, mini-market, tobacconist, press.
Is there a charge for wifi?
Wifi is free on the terrace of the bar-restaurant and charged on your pitch.
Is wearing a wristband compulsory?
Yes wearing the wristband is compulsory to prove that you are staying at the campsite.
Are swimming shorts allowed?
No swimming shorts are not allowed at the pool.
Do visitors have access to the campsite pool?
No only holidaymakers staying at the campsite can have access to the campsite swimming pool.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes, the swimming pool is heated from the 1st of May.
Is it possible to bring our own barbecue?
Yes you have the possibility to bring your own barbecue. However, only ELECTRIC and GAS barbecues are allowed. COAL barbecues are not allowed (we provide secure communal barbecues in the centre of the campsite for your grilling!).
Is my dog allowed in the accommodation?
Yes, we allow only 1 dog per rental. However, category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed.
Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?
No, you will not be able to put a tent next to your mobile home.
Is the mobile home equipped with a television?
Only the comfort category mobile homes are equipped with a television, for the others it is a paying option 40 euros the 1st week, then 20 euros per additional week.
What is the size of the beds?
The bed sizes in the standard mobile homes are 140×190 (double bed) and 80×190 (single bed). If you book in a LUXURY comfort mobile home, the double bed measures 160×190.
Do you accept double axles?
The maximum size accepted for caravans and motorhomes is 7 metres, DOUBLE AXLES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
My mobile home is available before 4pm on Saturday, is it possible to arrive earlier in my rental?
You can go to the reception, do the arrival formalities and wait quietly at the pool or at the bar until the Mobile Home is ready.
How to deal with a late arrival?
You will need to contact reception in advance to arrange your arrival.
Am I allowed to invite family or friends to the mobile home? If so, is there a charge for this?
You are perfectly entitled to invite relatives to visit you. The visitor rate is 5€/day without access to the swimming pool
Until what time can I enter the campsite with my car?
The circulation by car in the campsite is from 6:30 am to midnight. Outside these hours, you will have to leave your car on the outside parking.
